Environmental Stewardship

ROYUAN actively promotes sustainable practices within our operations and local community. In early 2024, we partnered with local authorities and charitable organizations to launch the "Green Mobility · Caring for Our Community" initiative. Our employee volunteer team conducted waste sorting education, promoted recycling of end-of-life auto parts, and organized public area cleanups. Through distributing environmental guides and setting up collection points, ROYUAN helped raise awareness about responsible automotive aftermarket waste management and supported resource reuse.

Education & Talent Development

ROYUAN is committed to nurturing future technical talent in the automotive industry. In autumn 2024, we donated automotive training equipment to three local vocational schools and established the "Rongyuan Skills Scholarship" to recognize outstanding students in automotive engineering and manufacturing. This initiative supports local workforce development while helping build a skilled talent pipeline for the industry’s long-term growth.

Community Care

During traditional festivals, ROYUAN consistently carries out our "Walking Together with Warmth" outreach program to support elderly residents, sanitation workers, and families in need. During the 2025 Spring Festival, our employees prepared over 300 care packages and partnered with community service centers to deliver them in person, sharing holiday greetings and demonstrating ROYUAN’s commitment to community well-being.

Responsible Operations

Social responsibility starts within ROYUAN’s own organization. We strictly adhere to safety production standards, conduct regular occupational health check-ups for employees, and implement flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. ROYUAN also continues to advance green factory initiatives by upgrading energy-efficient equipment and optimizing wastewater and exhaust treatment systems to reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining operational efficiency.

These practices not only strengthen the ROYUAN brand reputation but also contribute to the sustainable development of the automotive parts industry.
